Vik is Wallmans’ new Head Chef, bringing a playful approach to food, a deep respect for ingredients, and a strong love for the craft. Raised in France by Vietnamese parents and with a life spent in the kitchen from an early age, Vik developed a passion for experimenting with flavors and textures early on.
