Changes to Tickets for Groups Up to 15 People:
Your tickets with us cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase. If you are unable to use the tickets on the selected date, you will be offered the option to either reschedule them to a future date or receive an electronic gift card. This is subject to notifying us at least 2 weeks before the original date.

Changes to Tickets for Groups Over 15 People:
Cancellations can be made up to 4 weeks before the arrival date for groups of 16-49 people. Changes such as reducing the number by 10% can be made up to 2 weeks before the arrival date. If you wish to reschedule the booking to a different date or convert the booking to an electronic gift card, this can be done up to 4 weeks before the arrival date.

Changes to Tickets for Groups of 50 or More People:
Cancellations can be made up to 8 weeks before the arrival date for groups of 50 or more people. Changes such as reducing the number by 10% can be made up to 2 weeks before the arrival date. If you wish to reschedule the booking to a different date or convert the booking to an electronic gift card, this can be done up to 5 weeks before the arrival date.

Note: If you have booked your tickets in our VIP category, special rules apply for reducing the number of attendees due to a minimum requirement per sofa group.
